Kolpa summons, evaluates, selects and hires its work personnel, as well as its suppliers of goods and services, directly, without resorting to intermediaries and through its official means of external communication. Furthermore, we warn that our executives, officers and workers DO NOT use their names, telephone numbers, social networks or other means of personal communication to make job calls, contact candidates, coordinate personnel selection processes, or request the provision of goods and/or services for our company.
We warn the public that our company, its officers and executives NEVER require payments in cash or kind to candidates and bidders to fill jobs or to provide goods and services to Kolpa.

Likewise, we inform the general public that FALSE purchase orders are circulating that are NOT approved or issued by Kolpa. In this regard, we warn that our only official and authentic purchasing channel is through our Logistics area.
In this regard, we alert the community that there are mafias of criminals and unscrupulous people who have been issuing and circulating publications, communications, FALSE purchase orders, as well as fraudulent links to our company that, in an illicit, sinister and irresponsible manner, use our name and impersonate the identity of our executives, collaborators and former collaborators, to commit crimes of fraud, computer crimes, among others, to the detriment of our company and third parties. Although our company has been taking legal action in this regard, it is necessary to alert the general public so that they do not continue to be surprised and harmed by this type of illegal conduct by third parties totally unrelated to our company.
